Mr. Cape is a Finance Executive with over 30 years of expertise in large, capital intensive operations and major projects execution, business transformation, acquisitions, merger integration, strategic planning & execution, start-ups, new markets, and advisory service. 

Rick is a former CEO of Atlantic LNG Co of Trinidad & Tobago, a $5bn LNG export JV and was Chief Commercial Officer for LNG Ltd, ASX, a $6bn LNG development project. Prior to this, Rick spent over 2 decades, on four continents, with British Petroleum in various executive leadership positions including finance, M&A, manufacturing, marketing, strategy and C-suite support. Rick also served as an Infrastructure Advisor for EQT Partners, a private equity firm based in Stockholm. He currently serves on the Advisory Board for Evolve Partners, an operations transformation consultancy based in Houston.

Rick has a Finance degree from the University of Oklahoma and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
